Indonesia is one of the developing countries where all companies play an active role in facing global growth.
Over time, the business world in Indonesia is certainly growing. To make the company able to survive for a long time, the company must be able to compete with its competitors competitively.

Moreover, the Government plans to move the state capital (IKN) in 2024 to Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan.
The government is currently overseeing several major transformations, namely carrying out structural transformations so that Indonesia is more competitive in the midst of high competition at the global level.

In order to achieve this, the government is certainly required to know and carry out the mandate of course while maintaining the existing quality, One of the determining factors in the progress of time is man himself, It must be admitted that the development of the world as it is today is the fruit of human thought and strategy to meet the needs and desires of humans themselves.

The function of human resources plays a very important role in managing and preparing human resources to achieve excellence in government quality.
Employment problems are a problem for all of us, both the government, employers, workers and the community. Because this problem cannot be handled by the government alone. With proper management of human resources, it can show that the government can develop and evaluate employees according to predetermined criteria or classifications in order to achieve the goals themselves.

To grow and increase the sense of responsibility of all employees, the government can formulate employee empowerment programs and implement them. The human resources function also holds the responsibility and role in finding qualified human resources (such as high work ethic, loyalty and competence) in accordance with the requirements of the applicable policy.
The number of job seekers who do not have the competencies according to the needs of the labor market must be found a solution by providing training, either conducted by the Job Training Center or Private Job Training institutions which can then be given a competency certificate.
